When I first walked in the building I was surprised how open and relaxed the bullpen was. The past couple of car purchases, it's been sales people jumping on you with the energy of 5 double shot expressos. Here I was greeted walking in with a calm "hello, if you need anything or have questions let us know" I recognized Mundo from the video of the car walk around he sent me in email. Mundo was so pleasant from the start, no pressure the entire time I was was there. After the test drive, without running a hard credit check he gave me multiple estimates depending on the trade in and multiple different amounts of down payments. (The last car dealership I went to didn't do this and just ran multiple hard credit checks) Even after purchasing the vehicle that night, when I was leaving and thought we were done. Mundo went over every setting in the car to get my phone and all the settings just how I wanted them. I was a little shocked that a "Car Salesman" would take that time. It was about 30 minutes of his time to do that, after the sale. If this Subaru branch is a reflection of entire The Dean Team Group. I will never buy a car from any other dealership again.
