During my search, I saw a 2015 Chris "Recent Purchase of a 2015 Hyundai Sonata Sport" Prior to going to the dealership, I visited their website. During my search, I saw a 2015 Sonata Sport that possibly fit my price range and had what I was looking for. I sent an email inquiring about the car and the price. Within an hour, I got a call and email from Adam Novik. He wanted to get a little more information from me about what I was looking for and my possible trade in. During our conversation, I explained to Adam that I had been to other dealerships and had several offers made. I also explained to Adam that I had just had a really bad bad experience with a dealership attempting to pull a bait and switch. Adam listened and said he was truly sorry for my bad experience. Adam assured me that Dean Team does not engage in that type of practice and that if a deal could be made or not, they would be fair and respectful of my time. So, as a result of the conversation, I made an appointment to go in around 12:30 that day (12/20/14). Once I arrived around 12:30, I walked in and was greeted by a variety of employees. They asked how they could assist me. I informed them that I was there to see Adam Novik. Adam immediately came out, shook hand and introduced me to Ben French (Sales Consultant). I explained to Ben the car I was interested in and what I was possibly trading in. I also explained to Ben that my time was valuable and that I had a very bad experience with another dealership. Ben listened and assured me that everything would be straight-forward. After making sure he knew the car I was interested in, we sat down gathered the usual information and began the negotiation process. After about an hour or less, we looked at several options for trade in and payment plans that I was interested in. Ben went and spoke with Adam and Scott about what I was looking for in regards to payment and trade in value. Within about another 30 minutes, we came to an agreement that could make the deal work, if the interest rate was right. At this point, this is where Scott Varnum came in. After about an hour or so, Scott and I discussed terms, interest rates and monthly payment. This process took about another 30 minutes. During our negotiations, Scott was honest, respectful and worked with me to come up with a deal that worked for my budget. Finally, after the papers were signed, Scott asked Ben to make sure that I met everyone in their service department. Each person that I was introduced to was very friendly and demonstrated the Dean Team family environment that I heard about from other customers. We were just looking around at first but Bryan Wiltfong was standing outside and was able to answer all the little questions we had. It turned into two test drives and sitting down with Bryan and Scott Varnum an hour past close to buy the car of our dreams! Both employees were great at their jobs and came up with a solution that me and my husband were happy and comfortable with. I definitely will purchase future cars through the Dean Team and would recommend this dealer to any potential buyer. More

Repair, Mileage Service and General Inspection Craig Wheeler has always been willing to do what it takes to keep us happy with our 2006 Azera. Worst dealership on earth. Bought a car there--they wouldn't stand by their advertised price. Clear coat paint started peeling off the bumper--they said it was normal wear and tear. 4 months after they sold it? The body shop said clear manufacturing defect. Dean Team, rather than makin good on this $500 repair, just kept throwing roadblocks up--wanted it brought in multiple times and have it looked at by multiple people. When they learned the car was in Kentucky with my daughter, refused to review pictures of the obvious defect.. Finally just had to pay it myself because the cost if my time got so high. You are on your own with this dealership: BEWARE!!!!!! More

New brakes, tires and the paint didn't have a single scratch. Andy was the best salesman possible. Very knowledgeable and helped guide me to the best car in my price range. He didn't try to push me towards any of the more expensive cars I was looking at like many car salesman do for a better commission. Don't buy a car without checking at this dealership first! Also, I got to speak Tom the general manager. Definitely got the vibe that both they are very trustworthy, which is important. More

We were traveling through the area when my santa fe experienced some mechanical problems and was not operable. Even though it was the day after Thanksgiving he worked my vehicle in for repair. When the tow truck driver dropped me and the vehicle off, Craig immediately took charge and explained what would be done. Instead of being stranded, he had us back on the road the following day. I have never been treated so nicely by any dealership service dept. Everyone I met at the dealership was top notch, so friendly and professional. Wish Craig worked at my local dealership here in Mississippi. I Love my santa fe and that Hyundai warranty. Only time I have had to use it. I am 65 years of age, and if I live long enough to need another vehicle it will be Hyundai. I have owned many new different brand vehicles but none compares to my 2007 santa fe se.
