Very Short With you & Gives you the run around I purchased a car from Deacon Jones Nissian back in 2012. I had the car for 1.5 yrs. I then decided to trade up but traded to a 2014 Toyota. Its been I purchased a car from Deacon Jones Nissian back in 2012. I had the car for 1.5 yrs. I then decided to trade up but traded to a 2014 Toyota. Its been 5 weeks since I can in to cancel GAP insurance & I called to inquire. Donna is very RUDE & Short with ppl. I KNOW another person that went there last week to do the exact SAME thing & there check was cut the SAME day. She told me she only cuts checks on Friday. I don't understand the problem is & why its taken so long. I was very pleased with my vehicle I purchased from there & pleased with the sale staff. But I assure you I will not be returning to Deacon Jones Nissian ever again if I plan to trade or buy a vehicle. More
