We have complained about our 2019 F150 transmission since the truck was new, purchased the extended warranty to ensure the truck was covered and now that the warranty has expired, the transmission is bad and the truck was new, purchased the extended warranty to ensure the truck was covered and now that the warranty has expired, the transmission is bad and needs replaced. I am disappointed with the service department for not taking this seriously when the truck was in warranty, and now that I will have to pay full price, it is an immediate concern. Btw, this is all happening while I am deployed and trying to work through this with my wife and son though a 7 hour time difference. More
