Called 2 weeks prior to appt. told them I wanted oil change, inspection and recall work for rear camera. Told them I had some issues with the camera. They called me 2:00 and said that it was ready. They didn’t start to work on it till after I called. When I went to pick it up I was told they needed to order parts to fix the camera and I would be called when they were in. I expressed my disappointment and all I was told was sorry. They knew I needed the recall, had 2 weeks to get the parts and they were not there. Now I have to make arrangements to return when the parts come in. More
Everything was taken care of and done with efficincy and complete in a wonderful time period. Josh was right there to write it all up and called once completed. Work done on car was fine. Communication with collision center very poor. I called several times and got connected with places other than the collision center. Once talked with someone who promised to call center very poor. I called several times and got connected with places other than the collision center. Once talked with someone who promised to call me back...no call. I left messages and nobody got back to me. Literally had to go there to talk to someone, several times. Was once told...I don't know where your car is. Really?? I believe other places can fix the car AND communicate better. More
I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. I was also basically called a liar, because when I told them of an experience I had with the car, they told me that was impossible. More
