Could be better I had an 11am appointment on 1/19/19 For service. When I arrived, no one ever wants to help. No one ever looks up the their computer to great you, they told me I didn’t have an appointment. So I showed Donald my confirmation email. He apologized and asked if I could come back at 1pm. No one was available to drive me home so I could drop my car off. So even though I drove from Clifton park with my 2 year old son, I decided to go back for 1pm since I was a little over due for an oil change anyway. After my service was done Donald have me a discount, which was appreciated but i definitely think customer service training is in need for the people checking you in and I’m not happy I had to make two trips from Clifton park when I had a scheduled appointment. More

Annually required New York State inspection I am by no means auto-technical and know nothing about cars except how to drive them . I was so pleased that my car was completed quickly and that, a I am by no means auto-technical and know nothing about cars except how to drive them . Great Service! I’ve never had a bad experience at Denooyer. This is especially true with the service department. I dropped my car off the afternoon before my early I’ve never had a bad experience at Denooyer. This is especially true with the service department. I dropped my car off the afternoon before my early morning appointment. I didn’t expect a diagnosis until the next day. To my surprise I received a text and email that evening with a diagnosis and recommended services for my vehicle. I was able to check off what I wanted done and ignore what I didn’t want done. it also showed an estimated cost. I got a call the next morning telling me all the work I authorized was complete. I was able to get the car that afternoon and I was extremely happy with the repairs. I will always use Denooyer because I know the repairs and service are top notch. More
2nd Oil Change Service exceeded expectations I called the say before to schedule next day service and staff was very accommodating. Arrived early and they got me in before scheduled time! Had a NYS inspection. It was done in a timely manner. It passed. Left with a new condition that was not there when I went in. To early to know if it has to be addressed. Good team approach to selling process. Everything went smooth with your dedicated team approach to the car buying process... not too much waiting and delays. Note: I was not impressed at all with your receptionist and the indifferent tone and discourse about why and who I was there to see based on my pre visit dialog with your E-Team. Evem though you had 3-4 of the vehicles I wanted to buy, I was litterally seconds from just turning around and walking out. She was on her cell phone and did not attempt any type of courtesy "I'll be right with you". She then turned around and announced on the show room comm, is there any available sales person.....to which no less then 3-4 sales people I could see visually said "nope...busy" etc. While I realize some may have been in the middle of a deal or delivery process there were some that clearly were not. Someone finally said ok after the second announcement and we finally got started. I have to tell you I was not happy and it took a while to focus on the task at hand and not get indifferent to the whole program. I had other dealership meetings in the coming weekend and was totally put off with the welcome and lack of awareness of a live motivated customer. BTW, bought the vehicle that night......so you never know right? Your front desk personell need some serious customer service training....bad image set for your brand on the front end of the experience which is a tough hurdle to overcome and get to the opportunity to sell someone a car....in this case it was a Suburban LTZ. More
