On my previous visit for service Aki Shulok was absolutely fantastic!!! I had my 2 pups with me coming from their vet visit. When the 1 pup had an allergic reaction to her shots, Aki literally sprang into action to get my vehicle so I could return to the vet immediately. Aki went above and beyond, as I told her when I return to complete the service. She helped with an emergency situation more than I can explain here. Thanks is not enough, Aki!!! It's nice to see these amazing people sharing their gifts of terrific service with others. What a blessing it would be for all of us to learn this lesson & pay it forward. More

Danielle had my rear window re-tinted correctly as well as contacting a very knowledgeable and professional contractor to re-pinstripe my vehicle. Danielle made sure a mechanic of 18 years on staff made correct adjustments to my hood, trunk, brakes, and all fluid levels were correct. The original dealership; Daytona Nissan; refused to take responsibility and treated me with disregard and were very disrespectful!!! Danielle Whiddon was professional, kind, courteous, and went up and above her job to ensure a terrific experience. I am very impressed with Deland Nissan and team of management, service technicians, and staff. My many thanks to Danielle. More
