Fast and friendly service! I am always pleased when I walk into the Chevy Dealership here in Dekalb,IL. Everyone is always nice and greet you at the door. I usually get help from Jason who takes care of my vehicle needs. He always give me options as to what I can do to take care of my car. Rather its choosing the most affordable tires or my vehicles future needs that I need to keep in mind. When my car Axel needed repair I couldn't afford it right away, and that's when Jason offered me a dealers car to get back and forth to work for the week. I really appreciated that! He encouraged me to take care of my important bills like my rent that was due the same day that my vehichle broke down,and to prioritize. I felt carefree because of Jason, knowing that he was doing everything that he could to help until I came up with the money I needed to repair my car. He took the stress and heavy burdens off of my shoulders, and I can't say that any other dealership have ever treated me that well! I recommend everyone I know to visit Dekalb Chevrolet. Whenever I come to get something as simple as an oil change these guys take care of me right away. My wait time is not long and my visits are always pleasant! The refreshments are great and I feel very comfortable walking into that place trusting that they will take care of my vehicle needs in the most fast and friendly way possible. Horrible 1. I found a female underwear in my car when I received the car after service, I tried to reach the manager twice to make a complain, the manager is a 1. I tried to fix my brake lights for multiple times, they were not able to fix it completely, the same problem always comes back. (even though there was a recall for that problem) One of the worst costumer service!!! More

Terrible customer service Drove over 40 minutes to get to the dealership as they had a new stingray...we had talked to the dealership the week before about seeing the car but c Drove over 40 minutes to get to the dealership as they had a new stingray...we had talked to the dealership the week before about seeing the car but could not make it by the time the dealership closed...when we got there, we were told that we could not test drive the stingray as it was GM's policy not to let anyone drive the car unless we were a buyer...I asked how would we know if we liked the car enough to buy it if we could not drive it...he stated that most people buy the car outright and don't need to drive it...the sticker price was approximately $80,000...who pays that without knowing how the car drives...this dealership is a joke as they probaby only have the car there to get people to the dealership and plan on an inter-dealer trade...they were absolutely rude and unprofessional...I happen to be lucky enough to be able to buy the car outright if I wanted, but will take my business elsewhere...in contrast I was treated like gold at Alan Brown Chevrolet in Genoa. As a friend to all, I would encourage you not to waste your time walking through the front door. More
