Exceptional Sales Representative I have owned a Hyundai since 2010 and had been considering a new vehicle purchase for 2 years. I had dealt with other auto makers and both times I fe I have owned a Hyundai since 2010 and had been considering a new vehicle purchase for 2 years. I had dealt with other auto makers and both times I felt pressured and every time I asked a question those dealers would send out another person to talk with me After my contact with them I was bombarded for weeks with emails, mailings and phone calls. I was going into the dealership to have my vehicle serviced and I decided to call ahead of time and ask about a new vehicle purchase. I was transferred to Roger Belue. He answered my questions on the phone and we agreed to meet when I came in for the service of my vehicle. I did receive a follow up call from the dealership just checking to see if I was satisfied with my contact and I received a follow up mailing from Mr. Belue but that was the extent of follow up which was a blessing considering what other dealers had done in the past. Mr. Belue answered all of my questions, allowed me to look and test drive whatever vehicle I thought I might be interested in purchasing. He never pressured me for a decision and never tried to direct me to a more expensive vehicle. I told him when I went in that I would not be making a decision that day and he said that was fine that I could call him or come back whenever I made a decision. He gave me pricing info, trade in info, and financing info. The following day I called Mr Belue and ask him a couple of questions which he answered to my satisfaction and we agreed that I would come into the dealership later in the day. When I arrived he was waiting for me and allowed me to look at another vehicle, admitted that he had misquoted some pricing on the vehicle, and was extremely patient with my questions and comments. I told him that I was ready to purchase and he went thru all of the paper work, manuals, etc without ever seeming to rush me thru it After the paper work was finalized he went out to the car with me and reviewed all of the features making sure I understood. I am a senior citizen and this was the first time in my life that I had gone into a dealership and purchased a car alone. Thank you Mr. Belue for making it a very pleasant experience. More

My family has purchased one Genesis, an Azera, and a G-80 from this dealership. We love the product line and doing business with Daytona Hyundai particularly Ed Turngren, Roger Belue and Javier Valencia is exceptional. Ed is an intelligent, resourceful manager, not-at-all afraid of empowering from the rear. Roger is not a pushy-speed talker during contract negotiations. We never felt like his interest or the dealerships' best interests superseded ours. Subsequently, we just reached our third amiable agreement. Love our new car and, we're confident that Javier Valencia will provide exceptional service during visits for required maintenance. That's his history with us. He speaks with compassion and candor. More important, we trust his judgement.
