I found her Elantra online, and my initial communication with Regina Nicotra was so positive, that I took a chance and drove the two hours to the dealership. I was not disappointed. Regina had the car ready out front (in the pouring rain), took me on a test drive, and I was so impressed with her efficiency and professionalism that it was an immediate sale. Mike was great, walking me through the financing, every step of the way. To go above and beyond, Regina even had the car delivered to my home to save me from another trip back! I can't say enough great things about my entire experience with Daytona Hyundai, but if I'm ever in the market again, I wouldn't hesitate to make the drive again and I highly recommend Daytona Hyundai without hesitation. I had a problem with m I wanted to say I was very pleased with my last service experience with Javier Valencia at Daytona Hyundai in Daytona Beach FL. I had a problem with my steering column and it was determined it could not be safely fixed. My steering wheel would just drop to one side after I turned the vehicle off and there was a lot of play in the steering wheel. He ordered the steering column from corporate and said it would take several days to come in. I mentioned I had to work and needed a vehicle.I was taken home. Later that night a worker dropped off a loaner car was dropped off by an employee of Daytona Hyundai at my home and I was free to use it until the part came in and the vehicle was fixed. When I got my car back the steering column was tight and I felt confident with driving the car. Javier and his team went above and beyond the call of duty and I am quite pleased with the service and my experience. More
