This last time we traded in our 2011 Tahoe for a 2014 Traverse and had one of our better experiences. Danny Dodd met us out in the lot and tracked us down even though we must admit we tried to lose him a couple of times!!! We hate how salesmen sit like vultures and want to attack the next prey that comes on the lot. However, this time Danny's persistence was great. He was extremely friendly and honest with us and just listened to what we had to say to meet our needs. His excitement throughout the process was great and he really tried to do all he could to make this a good experience for us. We were so glad he stuck with us and truly felt like we got the best salesmen on the lot that day! Brent was nice to work with as well. We would definitely come back and work with these two individuals for our next vehicle purchase. The only drawback of the entire experience is the length of time it takes to purchase a vehicle. We were there for about 5 hours with a majority of the time just sitting there waiting for the price negotiations information from the corner office - totally frustrating!! We did not fault Danny at all for this, he understood what we needed out of the trade and a payment to make the deal work and because of him we worked through the pain and frustration of the negotiation process to get our new car. More

He was the first to come out and meet me and stayed with me during the process. I was introduced to Brent who finalized the process. The information that Brent gave about the GMPP helped me make a wise decision to purchase it without feeling pressured. This is my 3rd vehicle I have brought from Davis Moore. My first car when I was 18 years old. ( When Dawson was a young man) But overall this is my best experience, yet. Thank you again, Steve! More
Really??? I went in on Saturday morning, just to see what they had. I had seen an Ice Blue Cruze online and was curious enough to go and inquire about it. I had been kicking around the idea of trading my Cobalt, wasn't real sure I was going to find anything that I liked as much. After telling Danny my story about how the Cobalt was having some electronic issues that I believed to be related to the recall, but that I was reluctant to part with the car that I paid cash for from my late fathers estate, he said lets talk. He asked what kind of car I liked, to which my response was, as long as it is a Chevrolet I could handle it. Big fan of the bow tie, I mentioned the Cruze I had seen online, he showed me the one on the lot at the west location, mentioned that the one I has seen online was located at the east store. He then asked if I wanted to drive the one they had over to the east store and drive the other. I agreed, and somewhere on the drive from the west to the east store, I fell in love with the car. I have never been more tickled with the car or my spur of the moment decision to visit the lot. Those spur of the moment decisions have always been lucky for me. I think the Cruze and I will be very happy and will enjoy a very long relationship. Thanks Danny!!!!! I love the car!!!!! More

I've had very few good experiences due to the high pressure, treated like a child, and dishonesty from sales employees'. I purchased a vehicle from Davis Moore in June 2013 and was overall very pleased from the beginning to the end. In March 2014 our vehicle needs changed and was in the market for a new car. I had just dropped off my truck with Kimbery Gorton to be serviced. She has always been great and I can fully trust Davis Moore Chevy with my sevice needs. I'm not an easy one to please in this area either, but Kimberly and the service dept has gained my trust and she has always went out of her way to make things right. As I was walking through the lot, a car caught my eye. I was greeting by John Jonas. His demeaner was not pressuring me to buy the car immediately. I wasn't even looking for a car that day. John was very polite and made my feel at ease and in control. I had a trade in and knew what the car was worth and what price I wanted. There was no haggling. The trade in price given was right the first time. I told John I would think about the purchase and left. I wasn't pressured, wasn't lied to, and was free to leave without being held hostage. I came back later that day and purchased the car because I was treated fair and my intellegence was insulted unlike other dealerships. Me and my wife recommend Kimberly Gorton in the Davis Moore service department and John Jonas in sales. We were treated with respect and honesty from the beginning to end with our car purchase. More

Danny went above and beyond by just showing us exactly what we wanted without my husbandr having to get out. He was excellent in answering all of our questions. He was also a very enjoyable, personable person to work with! On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate him a 20! We also worked with Jonathan and he also went above and beyond on working with us for the options we wanted added and pricing. He gave us some great deals! I would also rate him a 20. He was very personable and enjoyable to work with too! More
Davis Moore has excellent customer service that treats you like family not a dollar sign. All of our sales guys were exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. We had a complete Wow experience and we found our home for future purchases with our new Davis Moore family. I can continue with words but this is by far the best group of dealers I have ever visited.
