I walked into the dealership at 8:50pm on a Friday night to pick up my car--since I was away all day--and no one minded that it was 10 minutes before closing; a few people gladly helped me with the final paperwork. I did not feel as though I was being pressured into making a purchase, which is a problem I had been having with a few other places I shopped around at. I was also very pleased with the prices I saw--from what I could tell they were fair. After doing some research on the car I was interested in, I found that the price was a good one, which made buying it even easier. More

The staff at the dealership worked very hard to get me the car I wanted. This is the second car we have purchased from Willis. Easy to work with -- responsive by phone and e-mail. Willis Honda let me take a real test drive (unlike Edison and Princeton), so I could test the car (on my own) at highway speeds. Also, unlike Princeton Honda, Willis Honda accepted a personal check, which really impressed me (much less hassle). Everyone was easy to work and talk with -- real and decent people. Overall, it was a fun experience (free drinks and cookies)! The down-side was that I drove the hour to Burlington for a scheduled test drive on a used Honda Fit, but it was already sold when I got there (no cancellation call, but lots of apologies -- even in a phone call a few days later), but in the end, it worked out well because the dealership was so nice and I think I got the car I really wanted anyway (a Honda Fit Sport). Got a great vehicle at a real great price which I used the internet for. I recommend checking the net before you buy any vehicle as the online prices tend to be much lower at all dealers. The car sales industry as a whole is a bit sleazy, but they seem to understand that being upfront works...and the place is always packed!I wish they had even more used cars as the price of ALL new cars are way too high. Myself and my brother came to Willis Honda and was aproached by Steven Dreher, he asked right away if he could help us with anything and I told him that I was interested in the 2004 Ford Escape. Steven had the car sent over from a cross the street and we checked out the inside and engine and then went for a test drive. When we returned Steven asked if I liked the SUV and did I want to take it home with me and I said yes! We went inside the office and sat down and worked out the numbers, I was very please and happy with the outcome because I was able to take home the Escape and it was a price that I could afford. Steven was very knowledgeable and friendly, he really took his time with us and I and my brother will definitely send our friends and family to Willis Honda. More

My mom had purchased her Honda CR-V from Willis back in 2006 and was very happy with her purchasing experience able to purchase my first "newer car!" I fell in love with a 2006 Honda Accord which was listed on their website, so when I went to Willis, I was greeted by Mr. John Tuck. Mr. Tuck knew that this was my first car purchase, and he did what he could to get me a good deal. He was able to work out a great price on my trade in, and was able to get my 06 Accord to the payment that was able to fit my budget. This process was so Stress-FREE, that I enjoyed my day at Willis, (Valentine's Day to be exact) so you can say I really "Love" my Accord. Their Strong Knowledge and their Passion is what really makes Willis Honda the place to by a car, and no matter where I move too, I will always be a Willis Honda Customer. (My mom too!) I cannot commend Mr. John Tuck enough, he turned out to be a "friend" by the end of our sale, instead of the "salesman." Also- as a previous customer listed, their pop-corn and soda are great, especially when I wait for service, and their service department is wonderful too! You can't go wrong at Willis!!!
