We purchased a new Honda-CRV from this dealer and have been using them for all service on the car (oil changes, etc). We had a headlight blow out and had them replace it, a week later the other headlight been using them for all service on the car (oil changes, etc). We had a headlight blow out and had them replace it, a week later the other headlight blew out and they replaced that one as well. Each visit cost $25. We thought it was a little early to have both headlights blow out on a car about a year old, but that's the way it goes until the headlight blew out again within a few days. So there was obviously a problem. They found out that the electrical system had a short in it and was blowing out the headlights. They didn't charge us for the third headlight and fixing the electrical problem since this is under warranty. However, since the electrical problem, which is under warranty was blowing out the lights we thought we deserved to be reimbursed for the first two headlights which were also being blown out by the short. They refused to give us our money back and John was very rude with an attitude of too bad. I would never buy another vehicle or have any car serviced by these unprofessional and rude people. More
I was in a bind due to the fact I had to trade in my '04 CR-V 5-spd M/T I had purchased justed two months prior for an '05 with an automatic transmission (long story I won't go into here). Needless to say CR-V 5-spd M/T I had purchased justed two months prior for an '05 with an automatic transmission (long story I won't go into here). Needless to say I knew going in I was going to lose big $$$ on the depreciation. Not only did Willis give me the best value on my trade, they were the only dealership out of the half-dozen others I contacted who were willing to come down from MSRP on an '05 CR-V SE. Additionally, while I was waiting a couple of weeks for our vehicle to arrive, I continued to shop around for a better offer. Willis was the only one that continued to work with me on the price; one other dealership (see my review of Sloane Honda) basically told me to take a hike and buy my vehicle somewhere else. Willis Honda might not be big or flashy but they have a genuine interest in customer service and will continue to work with you to get your business. Not the usual fast talking, patronizing, "were the biggest dealership around and we dare you to go shop somewhere else" attitude you get at most other dealers. Know how many people I got "passed around" to when I picked up our CR-V? Just one, Damon, in Sales. I didn't get the "tag-team" effort, from Sales, to Sales Manager, to the Business Manager, etc. trying to push Lo-Jack, Extended Warranty, etc. etc., all the while talking down to you like you are an idiot, like I got from Burns Honda when I bought my '04 CR-V. Guess who's going to get my business when I get my S2000 next year?

Highly recommended these guys...if you are in the South Central Jersey/Philly area, pass on Piazza/Sloane/Burns Honda, and go right to Willis in Burlington. (I'm starting to sound like their ad agency now right??) = ) More
