I made an appointment for an oil change. Fredrick Lee was the person I dealt with. He was professional, listened to my concerns. He explained that I needed to have a belt replaced, the reason behind replacing it, cost and options of when it should be replaced. I agreed to have the belt replaced today After hanging up the call, I had doubts if I should have gotten a second opinion. However, immediately when I returned to the dealership, Fredrick showed me the belt which was replaced. He pointed out the flaws which could cause the belt to break while I was driving.
