It was priced to value. Francisco helped us out and I have NO complains about his!! The car had not been "serviced" so I was not going to be able to buy it that day which was fine. I also was not needed financing. We drew up the sales order. I did not want the "extra items" which totaled an additional $3,000. Francisco went to get the deal approved and the Used car manager, RJ Melchor, would not sell me the car because I didn't want to buy the extra stuff. The car did not even have the extra stuff installed yet and what they are trying to sell is not worth the price charged. The value of the vehicle would not be worth the price they were trying to sell it to me at. The unprofessional part was RJ Melchor didn't even have the decency to come and speak to me directly and explain anything. I had to go to him and ask why? He walked away from a deal (wire transfer in full) because I didn't want to buy something that he wanted me to buy. He denied a sell/commission for Francisco as well. RJ Melchor demeanor and lack of professionalism was disgusting for someone in the sales profession. I had left another dealership the day prior and they had the floor manager and dealership manager come speak to me (didn't buy a car there because they didn't have what I wanted). The way they handled things vs. how RJ Melchor handled things was night and day. Yes, I will never buy a car from here and I will discourage my friends, family and clients to avoid this place. I'm sure my business is not going to make or break them but be aware of the up sell and being forced to buy something that really isn't needed (do your research regarding those items). You will end up spending more money on a vehicle that is not worth it! I did buy a car that day at another dealership for the price that was advertised and they gave me the option to buy the extras or not. Don't be pressured to buy something that you don't want or need. There are too many dealerships in Houston that won't make you buy something you don't need or want and won't have RJ Melchor there! More

I was lied to and told to come in because i was pre-approved. When I got there my salesman was rude and not helpful. He told me they had to run my credit again because it had been 30 days. Only for him to come back and say that I was not approved. He didn’t even try to run through a bank, he just decided to not help. It’s important to note that I reached out to the dealership before coming and asked if they could see what I was approved for before making the hour drive. They assured me I was pre-approved with a strong approval of not paying anything down. The customer service I received was horrible! More
