This service visit was twofold. First, to test a battery not holding a charge. Second, to address the status of warranty coverage. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, I was told it would take less than 90 minutes. I asked for a ride home not knowing this would take my car off the fast track list. Then I asked for a ride home and while waiting for the driver I spoke to a salesman this took me off the waiting list for a driver. Then I said I would wait for the repairs as I have now been at the dealership for 2 hours now im on my way home as the oil change has taken over , 2.5 hrs and counting. More
