Strongly not recommend. We agreed to purchase a vehicle from them via internet and phone. Called the morning we were due to pick up the vehicle they said everything was ready to go . Had an appointment for an oil change, and they said 45 minutes. However, it took over 1 1/2 hours - that was upsetting because I was on a schedule. Then in the service waiting area along with the dealer minutes. However, it took over 1 1/2 hours - that was upsetting because I was on a schedule. This is upsetting with the the times we are in (this was on Aug. 21, 2020). I really like the person I got the car from and now is the service manager. More
