I recently bought a new Chrysler Town and Country at this dealership. I have tried other local dealerships near my home and would rather travel the extra few minutes to David because they are such a great ov dealership. From the service department, which is open till 9 pm and where my kids love to play in the play room, to the sales and management team that treat you wonderfully. Everyone is professional and friendly and I would definately recommend them to anyone who needs a car. More

I purchased 3 cars from this dealership. The cars were nice but I found that i paid to much on all 3 cars, especially my last purchase of a 2011 jeep grand cherokee. I got next to nothing when it came to my vehicle trade on the purchase of my new 40 thousand dollar vehicle. Now i've been dealing with the service department and people for years and they are the greatest. Always honest when it comes to repair of your vehicle and always willing to help you when you ask questions. After the purchase of 3 cars, I can say that i/m not very pleased, but the service department is the BEST! More

So I got a coupon from them for a 495 oil change this weekend. They did a great job and it really was only 495. They gave me this card and asked me to rate my experience. The experiance was excelent everyone was happy and the work was done in a timely manor. The only thing that would have made it better is if they had washed my car before returning it. Received exact quote on vehicle. Agreed to this price and suddenly price changed upwards of several hundred dollars. This is the second time I attempt to purchase new vehicle at this dealership. So after receiving an email from Brad with a nice big picture at the bottom of the David Dodge logo, I decided to call in to the dealership and ask some questions. The phone is answered by someone who is talking to people I am assuming are in his office (which confuses me immediately) and eventually says Hello? to me... I ask for Brad and the man says "this is Eric and Randy, what can I do for ya?" I say I am replying to an email from Brad and he immediately (and rather unpleasantly) says "we dont use email here" I say i received an email from Brad and the guy says "well, whatever, why are you calling?"... and it was steeply downhill form there... he began talking fast and prodding for immedsiate imformation and then ended the conversation really quickly ... not conversation, I dont know what to call it... there was laughter the entire time in teh background... and not so much as a good bye... he said shalom and then lots of laughter before the phone clicked dead... i couldnt even say good bye... Horrible customer service from "Brad"... I'll bet they are all smiles in person but I would never want to see them in an office... More
