Purchased 2 new nissans in January of 2022 from Dave Wright. The 2022 sentra had issues with the interior windows frosting over. The service center was not aware of any issues for this. They asked to have the vehicle over night so they could see the issue. Received the vehicle back the following day and was told to put fan on recir. That does not fix the issue there is something wrong with the vehicle. If you look online there are several complaints on this issue. The 2022 murano purchased the same day as the sentra in January of 2022 has had consistent issues with jerking, cutting out, or hesitating when the gas tank hits a 1/4 of a tank or less and while accelerating. Again the service center was not aware of any issues like this even though there are several complaints online about the same issue. Davw Wright's fix was I should just keep my gas above a 1/4 of a tank. Obviously not the fix. I purchased new tires from Dave Wright and had them installed there. My tires wore in an unusual way with some areas fully bawled. I have always had my tires rotated with my oil changes which falls around every 3-4 months so there should not have been unusual wear. When servicing my vehicle at Dave Wright it is a scam. I put on a lot of miles so my oil change and tire rotations were running about every 3 - 4 months. Every other visit I was told my cabin filter was filthy and needed changed which I paid for the replacements. Until I had my car in to complete a maintance plan in which my cabin filter was filthy and changed. My oil change was scheduled a couple weeks later and guess what, the cabin filter needed changed again. I told the tech that I just had it changed so the tech looked it up and sure enough it was replaced a couple weeks ago. That is when he admitted that cabin filter replacement is always flagged as a way to get more sales. The tire condition on my service report would be yellow one visit and 3 months later some how the tire grew thread because my tires would show green. I purchased new tires from Dave Wright and had them installed there. My tires wore in an unusual way with some areas fully bawled. Even if you schedule you oil change and tire rotation ahead of time you will still sit there for 45 minutes plus. After that visit I left Dave Wright and I service my car at a another business. Very disappointed in the honesty of this dealership. I took my vehicle in for a oil change, tire rotation and a recall update. I was told my tires were rotated and charged, however they were not. I had a photo of paint on a side wall and the tire was still in the same spot. They over filled my tires by 10 pounds each. They were at the correct pounds when it was brought in. I left several voivemails and text to return my call. Took them 4 days. No explanation for this lies and shotty work performed, just that the Senior Master Tech that worked on my vehicle was off and they didn't know why. Be very cautious on what you are paying for and what you are getting. Most people wouldn't even realized this. More

I have recently attempted to do business with Dave right, partly because I believe in buying local, and partly because of their philanthropic donations. I don’t know if it’s because I am an older female, but partly because I believe in buying local, and partly because of their philanthropic donations. I don’t know if it’s because I am an older female, but the way that they negotiated would best be described as an attempted rip off. I was trading in A 2017 compact car for a 2021 small SUV. Neither vehicle‘s were expensive, however due to my shock at their initial offer, I excused myself and thanked them for their time. About two hours later they offered me a $4500 increase on my car and took 3500 off of the SUV I was looking at. An $8000 difference in just two hours. I understand they’re in business to make money and I would’ve gladly given them some of mine had they not tried to insult my intelligence with their greediness. More

Recently I went to Dave Wright to turn in my 3 Nissan Murano. I did not know if I wanted another SUV, but it had been 15 years since I had driven a car. Dave Write and Jacob Peters were awesome! They let me take my time to decide, I drove three vehicles before deciding to take the jump to a Sentra. Couldn't be more happy with it and the patience these two provided. When I lived in Iowa, I brought the car into their service center 3x and I as well as my family who was with me were told nothing was wrong with this vehicle. Here we are now transmission went out,axel was rotted and needed fixed,rear differential was leaking and needed fixed,now it is not running and has a bad alternator and we are stuck paying $15000 for a nonworking car and in debt for nothing and this place gives us the run around and wont help us nor answer our calls and so STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM HERE CROOKS. More
