Transmission Replacement on my 2015 6.2 L truck at 13K Miles Tom Wheeler, Angel, Nick Smith, Bo Jordan, Ed Huntley, and their transmission specialist were all very helpful and treated me well with the up most re Tom Wheeler, Angel, Nick Smith, Bo Jordan, Ed Huntley, and their transmission specialist were all very helpful and treated me well with the up most respect while getting my transmission replaced. They worked hard to make sure I was happy considering the circumstances and it turned out Chevrolet wanted to replace my entire 8 speed transmission with a brand new OEM transmission at no cost. (Since it was the first 8 speed design in the V8 6.2L 1/2 Truck Chevrolet took the transmission back to investigate why it had issues) It was a welcoming visit and I never felt that I was asking for too much. I also feel that Tom Wheeler was very accommodating, understanding, and did everything in his power for a satisfying experience. (Tom went as far as having my truck buffed and waxed at no cost and discounted some accessories that I was interested in) Even though I live in the Bangor area, I decided to travel to Ellsworth to have the work done rather than at Quirk and I'm glad I did. Everyone was great to work with. I will definitely return for my services and repairs going forward. {****The only reason "Quality of Work" got 4 Stars is because the buff and wax job could have been better. Other than that...
