unorganized I took my 2015 Optima to the Kia service center in Danbury last Thursday (7/23/2015) because of an oil leak and was told by who I believe was the serv I took my 2015 Optima to the Kia service center in Danbury last Thursday (7/23/2015) because of an oil leak and was told by who I believe was the service manager that they were unable to check the car until possibly the following Monday (7/27/2015) because of the amount of backed up work they already had. I was unable to leave my car there since it was my only way to get to and from work so I decided to schedule an appointment with the receptionist. Right away the receptionist showed great concern and tried to set me up with a loaner vehicle (she was excellent and very helpful). When she presented the paperwork to the service manager he immediately flipped out and said he never approved it. She explained the situation to him and mentioned how it should be a priority to at least check my car because of the oil leak and that it was unsafe for me to be driving around like that which I completely agreed with. The manager continued to say no because of the workload and said I had to bring the car back on a later date. I was left with scheduling an appointment to take the car back 4 days later. I feel the situation should've been handled better and in a more professional manner especially in front of a customer and his 4 year old son. Both the receptionist and the service manager apologized to me afterwards, However I was left with buying engine oil, very limited options and driving an unsafe vehicle for 4 days. From my observation the oil leak is coming from the bolt/screw where the oil drains from. I just got my first oil change serviced at this same location about a month ago. I'm not sure if they left the bolt/screw too loose or over tightened it causing it to strip, I'll let the "professionals" figure it out on Monday. More

Jeep customers and dodge should park on their own lot. Second time ive had this happen More

Poor phone service but good face-to-face When I come to Kia for service, I always have a good experience. If the service takes longer than it should, the staff are always aware of this and th When I come to Kia for service, I always have a good experience. If the service takes longer than it should, the staff are always aware of this and there've been several occasions where they gave a discount because of the wait. Julio was helpful and tried to outline all the parts of my service and what the car needed, and was more thorough than many service people I've had, trying to explain to me (a car layperson) the specifics of what was involved. My main complaint with the Danbury Kia service is the phones. When I call to make an appointment, I often get a voicemail. I NEVER get a call back the same day I leave a voicemail asking to set up a service, which is very frustrating. I typically just try calling again the next day until I reach a person. I set up my appointment a week in advance, didn't get any sort of confirmation call, and when I got there at the time of my appointment, they didn't even have it listed. I was grateful that they squeezed me in w no problem, as I had the day off just for this. More

My steering wheel came with a tear, the answer of service department was "I don't know, send it to detailing", any other car brand has a warranty over the conditions of the car to be sell. I expect the car looks new because is 6 days old. Thanks to the salesman who really went over his job to help me with this mess. I am calling Kia motors to let them know of the poor service that their brand is being offered in this dealer. More
