2 Excellent employees made the experience I went to the Kia Service Dept to have recall work done. The experience was a very good one. Billy was very helpful in directing me where to go and I went to the Kia Service Dept to have recall work done. The experience was a very good one. Billy was very helpful in directing me where to go and park when there was no parking. He quickly took my vehicle. At the end of the service, he greeted me and quickly helped me to my car. He was professional, friendly and very efficient. Upon checking in the Service representative had another customer. Tiffany quickly greeted me in the meantime. After checking in, I went to the waiting room. Tiffany immediately came to the waiting room and asked if I would prefer not to wait for the 2 1/2 hours. She offered a loaner car. Tiffany was quickly set everything up and I was on my way. Having been in the service industry myself, I recognize employees that go the extra for customers. Both Tiffany and Billy showed this quality. Thank you for making a the experience into such a pleasant one. More

Initially greeted very quickly and with courtesy however Do not trust this dealership. First they say they cant come off the sticker price at all. I Know people in the business and when confronting them with ridiculous unnecessary fees , they became defensive and lied about being optional. Would never buy a car from these shady people. Make sure you negotiate price prior to financing. More
