Very poor service. I do not trust the maintenance department or their advisors, especially Austin Kuhn. I had to bring my car back three times for the same issue, an I do not trust the maintenance department or their advisors, especially Austin Kuhn. I had to bring my car back three times for the same issue, and the quality of the work was still poor. Even more concerning, they claimed they changed the oil when it had not been changed. After that experience, I would not even trust them with a basic oil change. The advisors were dishonest with me about what services had been completed, and I have completely lost confidence in this maintenance department. I live only 3 miles away, but I would rather drive almost 40 miles to Morgantown to have my car serviced than come back here. I strongly recommend going elsewhere for maintenance or service. More

I took my 2024 GMC Yukon XL AT4 6. 2 L V8 for a recall service. The recall was completed. Then, my vehicle has had low oil 2 times due to heavy consumption on minimal mileage. The vehicle has also had a warranty service appoint for the check engine light (cam shaft re-learn). I requested an oil consumption test due to my vehicle be low on oil multiple times on minimal mileage. The service was completed whereas I was not fully aware I had to pay up front for the oil consumption test out of pocket. I showed up to get my vehicle without payment and left. I returned a future day to get the vehicle and disputed the bill with the service department. I left my vehicle under the dispute and requested my complaint go to the GM and owner. The service manager followed up with me and advised the owner and the GM require the bill to be paid. I paid the bill in full under dispute, refused to sign the paperwork for the bill, and picked my vehicle up. I hope the dealership will honor the service I paid for when I return in 2,000 miles. I do not have faith in this dealership. I feel they would have treated me better if I bought the vehicle from them. I tried, but they could not get the vehicle I wanted. I only bring my GMC for service to Dan Cava GMC. I have no intentions of ever supporting this dealership without a remedy. More
