Zach is rude and self centered. I would have bought the extended warranty if he had any idea what he was doing. I used to do this job and grossed more for the dealer than the sales department. Zach is lost extended warranty if he had any idea what he was doing. I used to do this job and grossed more for the dealer than the sales department. Zach is lost and his attitude is negative. He even got my financing wrong and I had to go to my credit union to straighten it out. That cost me half a day. Maybe he can serve you better by washing cars. More
