I never felt rushed throughout the experience, and the manager was lovely to meet and address my concerns with a smile. Max treated both of us with the utmost respect through the whole process. He answered ALL of the questions we both had and there were many of them over the two days we spent with Max. He made my son part of the process and educated us both on the vehicles we were looking at (new, certified pre-owned, and other used cars). He made both of us comfortable with the process and our decision. Max didn’t sell us a car, he helped our family find the right car for us. Alex Bernabe is simply the best in the business bar none! Usually he is just a really nice & great guy but this time he took his abilities to a much different level....
