This is a qualified "yes". I first dealt over the phone with Jason Cohen who manages the internet department. He was good: straightforward, quick to reply and competitive. I negotiated the price with him and compared with other dealerships, they were the lowest for the 2008 Accord Coupe. However, on the day I wanted to buy, he was out of the office and I spoke to Harshal Patel, who worked for Jason and assured me he could pick up on the same deal. I made an appointment to come in. When I arrived, I had to wait. Then Harshal came out to greet me and I had to wait some more. I know this is a favorite car sales tactic, but I hate it just the same. When he was ready for me and took me to his desk, verified the price and took my trade in keys. He brought back another young man, Raphael, and asked me if I would like to go with him on a test ride of my trade in. I said yes. More waiting. I went out to the show room to wait and I see Harshal dealing with another customer who came in. More waiting, then he introduces me to Ren and says Ren's going to take over from there and he'll take me out on a test ride of the new car. I said, "you just said 2 contradictory things" and asked about the test ride on the trade-in and he said he got "confused". Red flags: all this waiting, dealing with 2 customers, pushing me off on another salesman, contradictions: I got my keys and started to walk out. The sales manager came over and said he would take over the transaction from there. Ren and I went out on a test drive but not on the model I wanted to buy, and during the drive he said they didn't have it on the lot. Now I'm pissed, and I come back to the manager with this news. He assures me they have the exact model on the lot. We now sat at Ren's desk, an older man who was very conciliatory and I'm thinking "oh, this is like Law and Order, good cop/bad cop." The sales manager tries to squeeze me on the price of my trade-in: we have to negotiate that and I got a higher value. Then later Michael the Business Manager (read "aftermarket sales") comes in to try on a few of the options (small bite here). Then Eric comes in and gives me a "great deal" on financing, only its a sky high rate. Luckily, I came in pre-approved with my credit union's lower rate, and he later offered to match or better (he did, by 1/2% point). Now these guys are all friendly (except Harshal who had the taste of blood on his tongue and a shark's eye), but you have to be careful and thread through all this. Do a mountain of homework before you even think about coming in to buy otherwise, caveat emptor my friend. In the end, everything worked out, but I kept them all there till past closing time, so I got a little revenge for making me wait. More

I can't recommend this dealership strongly enough, especially Renee from the Internet Dep't who was extremely helpful. I never felt pressured, all my questions were answered thoroughly and professionally and I walked away from the dealership feeling satisfied with the car and the deal we made. More
