The free internet was a big plus too, I could get online and do research to compare. I felt like Honda had nothing to hide and even welcomed competition. The salesman "Mike" felt more like a friend than a salesman, he was able to answer questions beyond my expectations. He seemed to also welcome competition (when I talked about going to Ford, he welcomed the challenge since he was confident that Honda would win in the end). He was right. More

We traded in a leased Accord 12/31/10 and leased a second Accord 1/15/11. The follow up that we received after both transactions was unacceptable. For the first lease, I checked up on my plates when we were in the dealership on 1/15 leasing the second car, and then called in twice afterwards and was told every time they weren't in by Christina. On 1/28, with 3 days remaining on my temporary plates, I called the cashiers office and was told they were in on 1/13. Additionally, I was the one that had to inquire about picking up the old plates on the returned car along with the paperwork stating that I returned the car. Christina was not available to assist me with the returned paperwork, so Georgia (at the front desk) helped me and got the paperwork for me. I spoke to Judy about this and was offered 2 oil changes in exchange for 5's on the survey. I spoke in person with Judy when I picked up the plates for the first lease on 1/27 explaining my dissatisfaction with Christina and was assured this wouldn't happen with our second lease. Imagine my surprise when I called the cashiers office on 2/4 to inquire about the plates on the second leased car and was told that they were in on 1/28. I spoke with Bill and Judy today (2/5) letting them know that once again we were dissatisfied with Christina's follow-up regarding the plates for the second car and we tried to work out some compensation. Bill had asked what they could offer to remedy this situation and when I requested one months payment for each of the cars ($550), I was offered 2 oil changes and a $50 gift card. My husband and I found this unacceptable and asked why they couldn't offer even one months payment on one car ($265 or $285), especially when we received an offer in the mail for one months payment when leasing a new car between 1/15 and 2/28. Judy said they couldn't give me that offer since we didn't trade in for his car on 1/15 (although we did for my car on 12/31 and we leased the second one on 1/15). She was sticking with 2 oil changes and a $50 gift card. So, the bottom line is that considering we leased 2 cars within a 2-3 week period, we didn't receive the service that would rate 5's anywhere on your survey. More
Overall good car buying experience. Sales staff worked very hard to make a deal I was happy with. Initially called for informatiion on 2011 Ridgeline. I was very pleased with the whole experience. it's the second vehicle I have purchased from DCH Honda Parumus. I went there to get my exisitng Honda Accord Serviced, but I did have a Promo that was sent second vehicle I have purchased from DCH Honda Parumus. I went there to get my exisitng Honda Accord Serviced, but I did have a Promo that was sent to me to inquire about getting out of my current lease into a new Accord. the deadline was the day I was there, 1/31/11. Well I just asked to speak with a salesman to see if anything could work for me in terms of price. I was not optimistic. But low and behold, Steve Chan, the salesman was persistent and would not let me go without getting a deal done that I was happy with. The outcome was I walked out with a new Honda Acco4rd. they exceeded my expectations. Every aspect of that Dealership that I have experienced i the last two years has been very pleasant. From the Service Dept. to the Sales Floor. The feeling conveyed is that they are truely interested in the customer having a good experience. More

This was one of the smoothest car buying/leasing transactions. I was given a good deal for my vehicle of choice, which was later reduced to beat whatever I was getting at another dealership. The overall process at the dealership took a bit over 1 hour to get all the paperwork completed/printed/signed, but it was totally worth it.
