Jose was extremely thourough from the first call I put into the dealership-- it was the end of the day and He treated us like we were the first customers of the day. Mike Cueta is a very good sales person. He had all the paper work ready for me when I went to pick up my car. The car was very clean and and in excellent condition, being new. After researching and receiving internet quotes from numerous dealers, I ended up back with Jose because he offered the best price and I appreciated his honesty. Jose even took the time to go over all the numbers with me when I was having trouble following the math. He has even called to make sure I don't have any questions. I ended up leasing a CR V and I'm happy it's with DCH. I have also been in their service department at night and the man behind the counter is the nicest guy. My overall experience was good but I can't say the service is above and beyond my expectations. It would be nice if the dealer had perks like service loaners or complimentary maintenance like some of service is above and beyond my expectations.
