Mike Swalha was very accommodating with price of the used Honda Odyssey we chose from DCH Paramus Honda. His work was thorough and timely. Mike was also kind enough to "hold" the car for me while my loan paperwork and check came thru. When all was ready it took Mike about 60 min to complete all the paperwork and transfer me to Eric, the Finance guy. Anticipating a hard sell re. extended warrantees and the like which I wasnt interested in I was surprised when he took my cue of disinterest and didnt pursue it further. Mike also followed me out to the vehicle and made sure that it was cleaned and set up to my satisfaction before I left. DCH also accommodated my request to buff out some scratches on the vehicle to my satisfaction. I would recommend DCH Paramus Honda to anyone and especially Mike Swalha as a sales rep. More
