This is the second time that I have leased a car from the dealership. My first experience was pleasant. But after I bought the car I was not shown how the car works. This was a little disheartening. I thought I would never say that I enjoyed purchasing a car. What a fun and enjoyable experience. Rick, was not pushy but answered all my questions. He walked me through everything that I needed to know prior to pulling out of the lot. I was truly impressed. The car was ready in a timely fashion. He even called me a day later to make sure that I was o.k. I enjoy leasing cars. It allows me to constantly have a new car. In three years from now I will definately be looking for Rick for my next purchase!!! Kudos to him!!! If anyone at work is looking for a Honda I will definately refer him. More
This is the best dealer of which 7 others that i shopped for my new 2012 Honda Pilot. Also, John Medrano is the BEST sales consultant that I met with and I rate him as a very good sales man with lots of goo for my new 2012 Honda Pilot. Also, John Medrano is the BEST sales consultant that I met with and I rate him as a very good sales man with lots of good attitude, politeness, very customer friendly, knowledgeable and I wish him the success in his career. I almost went on 7 other dealers and dealt with 7 other sales person before buying pilot in DCH Paramus. Few other sales person were not polite and got frustrated when i pressed them more on negotiation but John is very patient and always wanted to cut the deal both in favor of customer and DCH which i liked it. I should mention about Ruben - Finance Manager as well, he is also very customer friendly and helped to get finance for my pilot. Overall, I had great buying experience with DCH paramus Honda with good price and happy about it. More
DCH Paramus Honda is an outstanding dealership in every aspect. The staff is friendly and professional. We were particularly impressed with the fact that they understood we HAD to get a car in the time f aspect. The staff is friendly and professional. When the car we wanted wasn't available, they offered good alternatives and kept trying to locate the right one. A car with our exact specifications showed up after a few days and they called us right away. The quote was great and we very much appreciated that it included the destination fee which was conveniently left out from the quotes we received from other dealers. We arrived after 7 PM and their team stayed well after the closing time to make sure we drove the car home. After everything was done, our salesperson, Rick Kara, didn't just hand us the keys. He made a tremendous effort to assure our car is fully linked, programmed, etc with our phones, info etc prior to leaving. More

I had a great experience last week at DCH Honda when I came in to lease a new Pilot. I worked with John Medrano, who was thorough, polite, very professional and truly enjoyable to work with. I had been speaking with 4 other dealerships in the areas as well as 2 leasing companies, and the deal that John gave me was by far the most attractive. I will definitely spread the word. We had made a decision to get an SUV, my daughter her husband and my husband would be sharing the car and we already have a Mercedes but it is a sedan and they wanted more room so they decided on the CRV husband and my husband would be sharing the car and we already have a Mercedes but it is a sedan and they wanted more room so they decided on the CRV. After looking at at RAV4, they were not happy with the design so it was my job to get some hard numbers on the CRV. I went out on Tuesday to the dealership in Mahwah, NJ and they were not cooperative at all, the salesman was nice enough, but there was a trade of a 2007 Volvo involved, which we needed to have paid off and then we would make a deal for a new car. They didn't even come close to the pay off number and they didn't even try, they advised me to come back in 6 months. Feeling slightly discouraged, I decided to go to DCH Honda, which was where I had always intended to go but wanted to see what Mahwah was offering. I met with Raphael and right away I though we were going to make a good deal, but until Judy got involved I never knew we were going to make such a great deal. Judy and I came to the agreement that the dealer would pay off the Volvo completely and for a few thousand down, which by the way I was prepared to do anyway, we would walk away with the car that my kids wanted and that was affordable to us all. It was a tremendously gratifying experience, and to be honest with you, I am used to buying Mercedes and Volvos, and it was just like I had been a valued customer forever. They treated me and my husband with dignity and respect and they were tremendously professional and got the deal done. Later that day my husband came in, signed the paperwork and drove home in the car that the kids had come to see the night before. My husband has been driving it since then, two days now, and he really loves it. The kids will probably drive it this weekend and they will be thrilled. Thank you, you may have gotten at least another customer for life. More
