Maintenance Service I came here Monday November 21st, left my car at 8am and they were supposed to fix the sensors, alignment and tire rotation. I had an extended warrant I came here Monday November 21st, left my car at 8am and they were supposed to fix the sensors, alignment and tire rotation. I had an extended warranty to cover the expenses for all of this. They called me at 4pm telling me they couldnt do anything because I had to pay for this, mind you I had said I had the warranty and needed someone to speak to me in Spanish. I went to pick up my car and all they had done was change the oil and charged me for this. A worker named Christian who sold me the warranty, helped me get my money back. The clerk told me to come back to get my car fixed at 8am the next day, I came back the next day and the guy who told me to come back wasnt there and the person there told me they couldnt help me because I didnt have an appointment. I lost a whole day of work, paid for a taxi for an oil change i couldve done myself. The warranty i paid for was for no reason and I plan to end it asap. I would definitely never buy a car from this place again. Freddy G. More

We got lucky with the most patient, honest salesperson ever. His name is Aron Varela. He spent ALOT of time with us and did not rush us or push us at all. My daughter had many questions which he answered honestly and in a respectful way. So pleasant to deal with! The car itself had excellent reviews and she was looking for a compact car. We were interested in buying, but are always wary of pushy salespeople. Aron is very professional and a genuinely nice person. I highly recommend him and hope he continues to be successful. On another note, my daughter LOVES her Honda Fit. It is very well designed, practical, and drives beautifully. More

We arrived at what was a fair price, with no hidden costs or surprises, and my daughter is delighted with her new Civic. I knew getting a lease alone at 20 years old was going to be difficult but not impossible. I negotiated with Volkswagen for two days, for multiple hours, only to get denied- even after signing off on a contract, picking a car up from a warehouse and getting my insurance. On my way home, I stopped at Honda because I was determined to get a car on my own. My salesman, Justin Murren, was so accommodating and genuinely wanted to get me into a car. When I was feeling down and discouraged, not only did he get me a deal but he was sympathetic to my situation. He went above and beyond for me- he even helped me find a better deal for my insurance. John Medrano, the manger that finalized deal, was also so kind and so genuine. These men were honest and helpful- I would recommend everyone go see them! I can't say thank you enough!! :) More
