I was helping my mother find a car and Harry made it so easy that not only did we get her a new mdx but I got a second one myself rather then deal with the nonsense I was experiencing shopping for a minivan elsewhere at the same time. Brought car in for scheduled maintenance. Though there was a 20 - 30 minute wait to meet with the service advisor on drop off, the car was ready on time.
