I would strongly recommend AGAINST this dealership. Initially I had a favorable impression of this dealership. I went in on a Saturday to take a look at cars, met a personable salesperson (Ronald Frie Initially I had a favorable impression of this dealership. I went in on a Saturday to take a look at cars, met a personable salesperson (Ronald Friend) and had a positive experience. Two days later, I decided I wanted to buy the car that I saw and called him with some final questions. He answers them, we hang up, and then calls me 2 minutes later and tells me he CANNOT HONOR THE PRICE HE HAD GIVEN ME. I couldn't believe it. I had never experienced this before. He informs me his manager won't allow him to give me this price, even though that's what he had promised me 2 days before. After a few requests, he puts me through to his manager, Frank Lupo. His manager keeps telling me he can't offer that price, and didn't seem to care much that his employee had already promised me that price. Keep in mind we are talking about 400 dollars here. At that point, I had decided I would rather pay more money at another dealership that can honor their word rather than spend a cent at this place. Take my advice - go to another dealership where they can stand behind the information they give you. These people are unethical, untrustworthy, and they DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. More
Three years ago I came to DCH Montclair Acura after a horrendous experience at another Acura dealership. I had a great experience with DCH 3 years ago, but this time, really was incredible. My lease was up and I came in to buy-out my lease - or so I thought. I didn't really want to buy it out, but I was so over my miles, I figured I had no choice. I met with Otto and to say he was fantastic is an understatement. He not only made the entire process easy and enjoyable (yes, I said enjoyable) but given my loyalty, he was able to get me a new lease and return my vehicle at a very reasonable rate. Otto is professional, curteous and the absolute best representation of DCH Montclair Acura. I hope that in 3 years he can assist me with another Acura lease! More

I was so incredibly happy with my first Acura experience that I leased my next car from them just yesterday - in 15 years, I have never done that. I was not at all disappointed with the service the second time around. In fact, I felt even more at home!! Kudos to DCH for not being a "sales-y" dealership and for really caring about your customer! She understood our needs and showed us the perfect car in our price range. Her special touch made it real easy to make the right decision to purchase the precise car for us. I started looking to purchase a new 2010 Acura TL SH-AWD vehicle a few weeks ago and from my first contact with Colleen I found that she was very honest and helpful. The price was fair, the information provided was accurate and there was never any pressure from her or anyone else at this dealer. Naturally I contacted several other dealers in the area to confirm that the price I was paying was fair and all of the other dealers tried to pressure me in one form or another. After deciding to buy the car from DCH I was passed along to Dmitriy who took care of the details. He was terrific, very helpful and went out of his way without my asking to see that everything was taken care of. If you are looking for an Acura I would highly recommend purchasing from DCH. I walked away feeling like I got a great car, paid a fair price, and feel that should I have a problem this dealership will take care of me. More
My experience at CDH Montclair Acura was great and awesome. Everyone that works there is so friendly and honest. My daughter and I were looking for an Acura TL Series S (certified), we went to many awesome. Everyone that works there is so friendly and honest. My daughter and I were looking for an Acura TL Series S (certified), we went to many different Acura dealers, and this one was the best, Barry was not pushy, he worked with us, made us feel comfortable. They work with the customer and are very knowledgeable of their cars. I would recommend DCH Montclair Acura to all my friends and family. The car we purchased is beautiful, affordable, and my daughter could not be any happier than driving away with the car of her dream in 3 days. All I can say is what an awesome place. More

The staff in every department could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Rick was very thorough and courteous when explaining the different warranty plans. He was extremely persuasive without being pushy or intrusive at any time. He was extremely knowledgeable about the material and was very helpful throughout the entire process. Walter was another friendly and helpful staff member who was a pleasure to deal with. He answered all of my questions exactly the way any inquisitive leaser would want them to be -- detailed and in both technical and lay person terms. He is another staff member who really knows his stuff. Not to be repetitive, but another staff person I found to be extremely helpful and friendly (and perhaps most of all) was Colleen. She was able to answer all of my questions quickly, precisely, and in a way that made me feel comfortable asking more and more questions. The more correspondence I had with Colleen the better I felt about leasing my Acura. Without Colleen's help I cannot say for sure that I would have leased my 2010 Acura TSX -- that is how helpful she was! I have had this car for 10 days now and couldn't be happier! From the moment I walked in, Jaime Borja, went above and beyond the normal scope of his job requirements. He answered all our questions, researched all our concerns, and expedited the process with his own personal involvement due to our limitations. His business manager, Jeff Torres, was also very efficient with the loan process. He took the time and wanted to make sure I understood all the documents presented to me for signing. If I could give a higher rating then "5", these two gentlemen have definitely achieved it. More
