The call back time was HORRIBLE. It would have been easier to reach Jesus. Even getting someone to respond to an email was a headache. I got the car on Saturday 7/28 and despite the fact that it was a "certified" pre-owned vehicle; I had to bring it in two weeks later because the motor on the sun roof went. Something I feel that 150 point inspection that they do on certified vehicles should have picked up. To make matters worse I live in another state and was not offered as much as a carwash for the inconvenience. VERY happy that this is not my local Acura dealer. Was very tempted to return the car.
