Dear Ms. Greene, My name is Naomi Lopez and I am the customer service manager at DCH Montclair Acura. I’ve read your message dated August 6th informing us about your unpleasant experience with our dealership and the purchase of your pre-owned vehicle. First and foremost, I want to express my sincere apologies. Our goal is to ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional car-buying experience at DCH dealerships. Your message tells me your experience wasn’t good. I would like to speak with you about the problems you cited in your message. I reviewed our records and I’m confused and troubled by what you say. Our records show delivery of your vehicle on July 28th, receipt of your title two days after, follow up calls on the 31st to confirm receipt of the title and to schedule an appointment to install the remote starter purchased on delivery and the repair of the moon roof. Our records indicate that on August 2nd you came in to have the installation and repair done, and we provided you with a loaner while the work was being done. Beyond that, I am not sure what else might have happened, so I would like to speak with you about the experience. As I said, we strive to ensure that everyone has a great experience at our dealership, but sometimes we falter. We take every customer review very seriously and use them to continually learn and improve. I’ve also checked into your temporary tags. They expire on August 17th. We are following the regular process to obtain the permanent plates and expect to have them to you before the expiration of the temporary tag.
