Good car, great service. I usually hate going to car dealerships, for any reason, but DCH Montclair has recently made me rethink this. Bought a new RDX from Jose not too long ago and it could not have been more painless. In addition to being very knowledgeable about the industry as a whole, Jose was also very patient and respectful. We walked in to DCH one day out of curiosity and walked out Acura owners (we were initially leaning towards Jeep). I can confidently say that we made the right decision, not just by going with Acura, but also for going to DCH Montclair. Thanks everyone! Will recommend. More

I I just want to relate my recent experience with DCH in the purchase of my new Acura RDX. We dealt with Paul, Tony and Ben during the sales process. I have to say that all these guys "bring" it each day with the sole focus of satisfying the customer. Tony was exceptional and understanding to our car buying needs and stayed until 11 pm to facilitate the delivery of our car. I used to dread the experience of walking into a dealership and going through the motions of buying a car. However, Tony was very professional and made our sales experience extremely pain-free. Ben who is a business manager at the dealership also stayed late and helped facilitate the sale. If I am looking for a Acura again in the future, I do plan to call Tony. Thanks Tony - keep up the good work and I do plan to send anyone in my immediate circle looking for an Acura your way. More

Getting My RDX We were offered 3 dealerships through the service offered through my company, but although all 3 contacted me, DCH was not only the most convenient bu We were offered 3 dealerships through the service offered through my company, but although all 3 contacted me, DCH was not only the most convenient but the people with whom I spoke were very friendly and made us feel welcome. On arrival we were greeted immediately and Tony took us through all the details clearly and patiently. As we were told, the finance guy (Benjamin) called me within a couple of hours and gave us the good news! Also, initially we did not think we could get a car so quickly but were informed of a cancellation that allowed us to come back same day and drive our RDX home! Benjamin was very thorough with the finance details and Tony stepped us through all the particulars of the car. A very quick, easy and great experience. Thank you! More
