Ron Marino was the sales person she assigned me to upon my arrival at the dealership. Both Melissa and Ron were very nice and professional. Ron was sincere and a regular guy. He didn't try to sell me on anything I did not need. My total buying process from the time I walked through the doors, on a Saturday, until the time I drove off the lot in my Civic was three hours. Friends and family told me Kay was a good dealership when it came to the buying process and they were right. I read all the positive reviews on dealerrater.com about Kay and could not believe they were true, but based on my experience they are!!! More

Maria was very easy to work with, and helped to keep the new car buying experience to one with a minimum amount of stress attached to it (and most of us know how stressful it can be). She was very knowledgeable about the car that I was interested in, the Honda CR-V Touring, which I did end up purchasing. I would definitely recommend Kay Honda! More
