I always appreciate Joe's honesty about issues with my car. I know I can trust him and he won't sell me anything that my car does not need. Other Honda dealerships try and sell you all sorts of things you don't need, but DCH Kay Honda in Eatontown does NOT do that. I believe that has to do with Ken Kallock who leads their service department. I don't know his exact title, but he is honest and ethical and expects his folks to be the same way. I live very close (could walk) to another Honda dealership, but I drive to the Eatontown, NJ Honda dealership because I know they have integrity and will not pad the bill and make up unnecessary repairs. Definitely use this dealership if you can!!! More
