Had a 7:45am appt, dropped my car off the night before and clearly noted that I needed it done by 11am. At 9am I spoke to Tiffany and reminded her that i needed it at 11am and noticed it hadn't been start and clearly noted that I needed it done by 11am. At 9am I spoke to Tiffany and reminded her that i needed it at 11am and noticed it hadn't been started yet. My car was started at 10:40ish. It failed the battery check and other things were recommended none of which could be done before 11am despite the dealership having my car for over 3 hours. I need to now take my car somewhere to complete the things it needs. When I complained to Tiffany in person she was completely rude and dismissive. I spoke to the manager who was much nicer but it was too late at that point. More
