I have hated most of my experiences buying cars. The salesman BS, the upselling,etc..etc... Dealing with Vincent was a pleasure. I had done some basic research leading up to my purchase and found Vincen salesman BS, the upselling,etc..etc... Dealing with Vincent was a pleasure. I had done some basic research leading up to my purchase and found Vincent very straightforward. I never felt pressured, I felt like I was being assisted. The one issue was the long wait for delivery; but even that was handled properly. I was contacted periodically, even if the news was not great. When I received the car, Vincent spent time going over the features and I was in and out of the finance department quickly; once again without high pressure of add ons. I truly had a great experience! Thanks again to Vincent. More

I will begin by saying that my husband dislikes salespeople, so its a trial, sometime, to go shopping with him, especially for a large purchase like a car. Coming into DCH everyone was helpful, b salespeople, so its a trial, sometime, to go shopping with him, especially for a large purchase like a car. Coming into DCH everyone was helpful, but when it comes to speaking with one of the best car representatives, Ian is simply the best. My husband likes him lol. Seriously, one the most helpful, courteous, kind, and extremely knowledgeable in all areas of car buying, leasing, financing etc. bar none! He will work to get you the best deal possible and keep you updated from the moment you say yes, till you drive away with an awesome car. In these crazy times that we're in, he is truly a great and rare find. Might I add that management, especially Matthew will go above to help and facilitate that great bottom line. More

I bought a 2017 Honda pilot from DCH toyota. As soon as i drove it off the lot the transmission went literally 30 mins into me driving it home. I had to get it towed. Its been almost a 45 days. I still haven drove it off the lot the transmission went literally 30 mins into me driving it home. I had to get it towed. Its been almost a 45 days. I still haven't gotten the car back i been paying out of pocket to rent a car. I have tried to contact DCH multiple times but they never answer or call me back. Very bad customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY DEALERSHIP. More

I bought a used 2017 Honda Pilot from them and the transmission warning lights came on before I even got home.I was later told my Honda techs that the transmission on the car was bad when they sold it transmission warning lights came on before I even got home.I was later told my Honda techs that the transmission on the car was bad when they sold it to me. It has been 3 weeks since I bought the car and I still don’t have the car back. I have been trying to reach to the people at DCH Toyota to return the car and buy something else but It’s been three days since Ian Michael Solon told me he will call me back after he talked to the manager. I still haven’t heard anything. More
