They answered all my questions and all assurances given to me were up to the mark and everything worked out for me as promised without having to go through the agony of dealing with hidden clauses and fine prints. Well truth be told, I called to try to find out about the RECALL, and was quite upset about how the News on TV was portraying "TOYOTA", my first contact was with a wonderful woman by the name Nancy Lippel, I RECALL, and was quite upset about how the News on TV was portraying "TOYOTA", my first contact was with a wonderful woman by the name Nancy Lippel, I was so upset, and was concerned about even driving my Camry which I purchased about 1yr ago. She immedietly calmed me down, and made me feel so comfortable with Toyota & DCH, she assured me that if I had any problems at all, that I should bring my vehicle in right away, but since I wasn't having any problems, she checked my VIN# and assured me I was OK,because it had a "J" in the front of it, it meant it was built in Japan, so all was good. She took the time to LISTEN to me, and my hysteria,and crying, being a young Mom, I was so worried about driving with my young child in the car, she explained that she was a Grandma, and knew what I was feeling. I just wanted to say to the General Manager of DCH, "GOOD JOB", for hiring such a wonderful, and caring human being to represent you, she is the apitomy of "Customer Service."
