Vincent was great to work with. Very knowledgeable about the product and not at all "pushy." He took his time to explain all of the features of the car and all of the avaialble options, but did not push us the product and not at all "pushy." My experience at DCH Toyota was exceptional. Ron was fantastic and worked with us and took his time. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. The financial department with Livie was great as well fantastic and worked with us and took his time. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. Purchased a vehicle 2 weeks ago, only for them to call me two weeks later and demand full payment or to return the car. They let me leave the dealership with out credit approval, but told me I was approved. two weeks later and demand full payment or to return the car. Now noone wants to call me back, so Monday I will have to go in and only once they have given me a FULL refund will I do so. I have had to contact my lawyer and the local news station. I plan on getting hold of the GM today or monday and letting him know what his employees are doing to close sales. Its ridiculous and unacceptable. More

After visiting several auto dealers, we were very skeptical, and frustrated with the antics of the previous dealerships. When we arrived to DCH Freehold we were on the defense and very prepared to sw skeptical, and frustrated with the antics of the previous dealerships. When we arrived to DCH Freehold we were on the defense and very prepared to swim with the sharks. We met Keith and have to say we have never been so satisfied with an auto dealer experience. We spent a total of two hours working out a deal. Keith's customer service was excellent! We were dealt with very efficiently without all the hardball. Lucy and Justin were also very pleasant. Just bought a certified 4runner there. I saw good reviews about this dealer before I went there. It met my expectation. I am happy with my experience. Sales people are friendly and honest. Jesus was my sales about this dealer before I went there. It met my expectation. I am happy with my experience. Sales people are friendly and honest. Jesus was my sales person and he is a nice guy, not pushy at all. I found some problem with the car after I came back home and went back there again asking them to fix it. ALthough I already paid the money they still treated me nicely and solved the problem. I also requested a couple of maintenance work and they did it with no question asked. I always thought that dealers are evil but this one changed my mind: There are some good dealers around. More

I continue to deal with this dealership because of the professionalism of Levie Frink who sold me my first Toyota in 2003. His true friendship and knowledge of what he is selling is excellent. He truly represents what Toyota is trying to sell "service and loyalty". He appears to be well respected among his co-workers and relied on to assist them in performing their functions. Mr. Salon is also a deicated employee and recommended to me by Mr. Frink. Mr. Salon is young and appears to be well versed in selling Toyota's. He has an excellent career at Toyota in the future. I will continue to utilize this dealership in the days ahead. More

We arrived about 15 minutes before closing and wanted to speak to Keith (we dealt with him on our previous purchase and were very pleased with the service we received).
