I was pleasantly surprized by the courtesy and knowledge of the sales people I dealt with in the purchase of my 2008 Yaris. My questions were answered quickly, and I learned a lot about the choices availabl of the sales people I dealt with in the purchase of my 2008 Yaris. I was unsure about the Prius, and with some figures and comparisons of my driving needs, their recommendation was to stick with my original choice of the more affordable Yaris with the options I needed to make the transition to a small car. I used Brunswick Toyota service dept on and off for several years. I must say it wasn't always a pleasant experience. However, the new Service building and its "completely" new staff are just amazing. several years. I must say it wasn't always a pleasant experience. I stopped by because I saw the new service building. It is even more impressive from the inside. I was greeted right away after driving into the reception area, and the person who helped me was so profess is even more impressive from the inside. The customer waiting area was great, there were computers so I could work while my car was being done. They were so quick that I did not even finish reading my emails. The oil change was cheaper than the other Toyota dealer in the area, and they even washed my car. Overall a great place, with great people. I will definitely be back. More
