Despite being over 50 miles away, it was well worth the distance to do business with them. We loved everything about our experience with DARCARS and it was all due to Manny, their Certified Sales Consultant. We test drove several models and they were very patient and attentive to our needs in a vehicle. We ended up purchasing a used Volvo in pristine condition and Manny spent time with our kid explaining all of the features of the car. This kind of customer service is rare to find nowadays. Even after we purchased the car, DARCARS would occasionally follow up with us to make sure everything was okay. I recommend DARCARS to anyone who is interested in having a pleasant experience of purchasing a quality car. More

Yet due to a glitch in the initial extended warranty information from Volvo, there was some initial frustration (no fault of DARCARS.) However, their service manager was as gracious as he was professional in ultimately getting our repair done timely, and making sure we were availed of our loaner long enough to complete the slightly distended process. Kudos to him and his team, who we look forward to dealing with in future. More
