The superior quality of service extended to us was far beyond expectations. Albert was honest, informative, polite, straight forward and professional, prompt at returning phone calls and made our car shopping experience very pleasant – previous experiences could be compared to pulling teeth without Novocain. He took us for a test drive and with absolute patience explained all the technology of the car. After a short drive, I was hooked. We went back to the showroom and negotiated a good price. Then I met with Bob Katz and he patiently went over options and financials for the lease. Albert then worked magic to get me the color interior and exterior that I insisted on, in the time- frame agreed on. When it was time to pick up my new car, he patiently went over the controls and gave good instructions on how to operate the vehicle.
