I already spoke to you, you were rude, talked over me and refuse any kind of accommodation. I cannot believe this dealership in Tenafly is run by crooks. I cannot believe that you are general manager of such prestigious Honda company and your manner of conversation is so unprofessional. Car mysteriously disappeared within the day. Manager just like you was impersonal, did not acknowledge, looked us like we were bothering him. And refused to take deposit on a car which we requested to hold for a day so our daughter can come and we can finalize who was in school. I would recommend all Customers to stay away from your dealership. Paramus Honda is 100 times a better solution. All we were trying to do was give you our business, literally picked a car in 15 minutes and was going to pay you with cashiers check next day. I would say it’s a shame how you run your business
