Anna Marie was so helpful to me when I decided to purchase my Honda HRV at the end of my lease. I have only praise for her. I just purchased a new 2023 Honda CR-V and I am so pleased with my purchase. Paula was my sales person and she was fantastic! She took her time to listen to what I was looking for. We test drove different models and she helped me figure out the model that would work best for me. I never felt pressured. She answered all of my questions, and believe me I had many. Everyone I encountered at Honda of Tenafly from the front desk, to the managers and financial staff were all very friendly and helpful. I really can’t say enough great things about this dealership! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! In the two years since I have owned my car it has been in for service EIGHT TIMES! I am basically stuck with a lemon that has never been reliable or In the two years since I have owned my car it has been in for service EIGHT TIMES! I am basically stuck with a lemon that has never been reliable or worth any of the money I have spent for it. I keep asking for some type of compensation or allowance but with no luck. I am beginning to think my next stop is going to be have to be small claims court. Smh And on top of the issues management seem very helpful in your presence and make promises that they will follow up with you and you never hear back from them. And when you call to try and get a follow up everyone is always away from their desk or not working leave messages and never hear back. More
