Not as advertised via Radio or Website on going the extra mile to help customers with their needs. I went with my Family to see if it was possible for them to help since they say they help customers with $0 mile to help customers with their needs. I went with my Family to see if it was possible for them to help since they say they help customers with $0 Money Down/Bad Credit and it is completely false. Rep told my Family to better their Credit Score and come back once it gets Higher. Didn’t bother in offering options or other alternatives. This is why Carvana is leading in Car Sales because of how dishonest Dealerships are now a days. More

I bought a 2022 Honda CRV in june 2022. The car has a factory defect that I complained about within a week of buying the car. The rear right side door makes a noise when I close it. I took the car to the service department and they pretended that there was not difference between the sound of the doors. Besides that, I explained them that the noise received inside the car when driving at high speed [55 miles or more] is to much for a brand new car. They put some grease and told me that they solved the problem but the sound never went away. To add more to my disappointment of this business, the two cortesy oil changes that I got when I bought the car, was not worthy, because the waiting time was over 3 hours each time I went for oil change. Every time I asked to talk to the manager they were "busy" or " on lunch". More

To anyone who is looking to buy a car new / or prior own Honda certified car, go to Honda of Tenafly and PLEASE ask for Ms. Anna Marie Kuhn! I would give 5 stars PLUS if I could. I just bought a certifie Honda certified car, go to Honda of Tenafly and PLEASE ask for Ms. Anna Marie Kuhn! I would give 5 stars PLUS if I could. I just bought a certified 2020 Honda CRV. I usually don't say positive and ONLY positive things about my car buying experience but Ms. Anna Marie Kuhn was an ABSOLUTE DELIGHT to deal with during my mission over the last 1.5 weeks to replace my prior car!. She spent about 3 hours of uninterrupted 1 on 1 time with me, over 2 visits over the past 1.5 weeks, as she answered my LONG (and sometime repetitive) list of questions as well as addressed my concerns. She ALWAYS had a smile on her face. There was never any pressure from her for me to make a decision on the spot to purchase; she respected me without trying to convince me when I said I needed some time to think about it. She ALWAYS showed patience even if I did not understand something or if I asked the same question more than once for confirmation. She was KNOWLEDGEABLE; she knew EVERYTHING about the cars I was looking at (2019 and 2020 Honda CRV's) inside and out. When I told her that I wanted to look at one more Honda dealer first before making a decision, there was NO haggling or pressure from her; this was here simple but respectful response to me: "I understand. Take your time. Let me know if you decide to move forward. Here is my card with my cell if you need anything else. I am off from work tomorrow BUT YOU CAN STILL TEXT ME if you need help and I will get someone in the store to address your needs." Upon my second visit with her in the store, she did what she could and she offered me a price (with her Manager's approval) that beat the price of a local competitor. She broke down and explained the total "out the door-price " so that THERE WERE NO SURPRISES OR TRICKERY; she acted with COMPLETE TRANSPARENCY! When I took a walk around the car and pointed out some minor scratches / dents as you would expect in any used car, she offered (with her Manager Jeremiah's approval who was also amazing to deal with), to make the cosmetic repairs at no additional cost to me. If you are looking to buy a car, PLEASE go to Honda of Tenafly and ask for this salesperson! You will feel like you are with a NEW FRIEND and not a regular car salesperson. Ms Anna Marie Kuhn takes the experience of buying a car and raises the car buying experience to a whole new level!
