Russell Kinney is amazing. I traded in my 23 Camery (leased from D&M) for a 2026 Toyota Tacoma 4x4. I had had the vehicle for less than 2 weeks, and was in an accident that to I traded in my 23 Camery (leased from D&M) for a 2026 Toyota Tacoma 4x4. I had had the vehicle for less than 2 weeks, and was in an accident that totaled the Tacoma truck.(not my fault), I was rear ended. Russell and the team at D&M jumped in and started working with the insurance company. Russell and team took care of everything. I am back into my new red Tacoma in less than a month. The day after the accident Russell started looking to secure the new truck, he was right there with us informing us on every decision, Russell told me that they would take care of all the details and they did.
