It was a great experience ! We gave Troy a list of what we wanted and he found exactly what we were looking for. Once he found the vehicle, he brought it to the house so I could test drive it. I loved it ! It had a few issues that I brought to Troy's attention. He said no problem, and they fixed them !! He was bound and determine to make it ALL right and I really appreciated that. He even made getting financing and signing paperwork easy. Troy brought all the paperwork to our house... through this entire process we never had to leave the house. What a way to buy a car! WHO DOES THIS??? WOW!!! What a great way to purchase a vehicle! After being referred to D&M Leasing by family members I made the first phone call to Troy & MY work he WOW!!! What a great way to purchase a vehicle! After being referred to D&M Leasing by family members I made the first phone call to Troy & MY work here was done! We simply told Troy EXACTLY what we were looking for and he did the rest. Within a week he had a huge selection of the exact Jeep's we had in mind located and every one met our check list to the tee, from options, to color, miles to price he was spot-on! We made our selection, Troy picked up the Jeep from the dealer and drove it to our home in Spring for the test drive. (Who does this???) My wife LOVED the Jeep so we said yes but being a pre-owned vehicle she did find a few issues with the unit. Troy returned to our home a few days later with an amazing finance rate and all the closing paperwork to seal the deal (at our kitchen table!) Troy said make me a list & I'll see what I can do to correct some of the issues she found (with a USED vehicle!) She complied a short list of deficiencies and Troy went to work. A few weeks later the Jeep emerged from the dealership in like-new condition! The chip in the windshield was gone, the navigation system was completely replaced with a 2017 up-graded unit from Jeep and the seat heaters were also replaced. (Who does this???) Although we had already purchased the unit Troy made every single issue right! To make things even better D&M was so gracious as to reimburse us for every day our Jeep was not in our driveway!! Remember this was a pre-owned vehicle! (Who does this???) So now the used Jeep is 100% condition but Troy was still not happy... WATER SPOTS!! Our Jeep is black & it is beautiful when clean but it had been sitting on a dealers lot for who knows how long and Troy wanted it to look GREAT for the final delivery so off to the detailer she went. We were not familiar with the "Clay-Bar" detailing process but when Troy delivered it to our home for the final time you would have thought he had it repainted, it looked that good!!! To our surprise he had also ordered a second ignition factory fob-key and even installed 4 factory Jeep floor mats as it did not have any floor mats upon test drive and only one ignition key. (Who does this???) My wife has been enjoying her Jeep for about three weeks now and we could not be happier with the Jeep it's self, the price we paid, our finance rate, D&M customer service and Mr. Troy Killian! Let's be honest... none of us like to do the "dealership drama", "price haggle hog wash", "showroom shuffle" & hmm... "let me check w/ my sales manager on that" hoarse manure! I'm in my early 50's and plan on purchasing many more vehicles & I can assure you that I will never step foot back into another dealership showroom as long as D&M Leasing and Troy Killian are in business!!!
