My first new car buying experience . I was very nervous and cautious and very particular about what I wanted. I reached out with a not so hopeful mindset. From my first email to phone c . From my first email to phone conversation it felt like we knew each other for years. Troy was very professional, in tune with my expectations and took time to explain the process and what to expect. I figured I would hear back about my car in about a week or so but to my surprise it was 2 days and he found my car! I was blown away. 3 days later I drove off in my new car.
